We're so pleased with this cap--it's well made and so sharp. I thought the toddler Small would fit our 3 year old grandson because he's a little on the smaller side, but it's almost too small. I wouldn't say that it fits age 2-4. Fortunately, we also bought the next size up just in case. That one looks just as sharp.
