I have 2 other Stetson hats. The are Medium sized and too snug. Bought the Kimball in a large and it is way too big. Seller does not have free returns and shipping for an individual across the US is 1/3 the cost of the hat. Stetson needs to get some consistency between their products. The prices are too high to have to guess the sizes even after measuring.
I just got my hat today. I love it!! The village hat shop has the best customer service and super fast shipping. Lots of great hats to choose from and they come in any size you need.
