Generally I wear my hair up in a buff when I'm working outside and need extra room. The hat is a little big when I wear with my summer dresses and my hair down. My last hat was too snug in the hot summer though. I like to be comfortable, wear loose clothes in the hot sun.
I get so many compliments on the hat. The 4" brim keeps me cool and shaded.

I have jack hammered, wrenched, hiked, swam, and much more in this hat, all while in the harsh desert. I found it laying in the middle of the highway and it's lasted me years. It's high quality. Soft, flexible, and immensely shady! This hat keeps you wrapped in shade even in the harshest of deserts. I looked for a replacement and none compare. Its unisex imo. Ive gotten countless compliments on my hat. After 9 years of living in this hat, I came here to buy a second in a different color! It's the. best. hat.
