Trivia question: Name a hat worn by Spanish dancers and cowboys from Argentina. Hint: Also worn by “The Curse of Capistrano”. The Bolero, of course! Also called a Gaucho hat, this was originally a working hat worn on the plains of Patagonia. Plain or embroidered and adorned with pom poms, you will also see it worn and tossed around by the fiery dancers of Flamenco.
Favored by the fictional character Zorro, the stiff flat brim and flat crown of this hat bring a dashing and dramatic flair to the wearer – leave your mark with the Jaxon Bolero Hat.

A very high quality hat and a near exact match to the one worn by Lee Van Cleef in For A Few Dollars More. XL is about 7-3/4" and I've manged to stretch mine to 7-5/8" without popping the seam in the leather headband. Loved this hat so much, I bought a 2nd as a backup.
Sized wrong, I didn't like the quality of the hat and thought I would exchange for an upgraded version of the same hat but when I went to return it the return shipping cost of the hat was as much as the purchase of the original hat. That is the first hat I ever bought from the village hat shop that I was not satisfied with all the other hat purchases were great.
