Two for the year please

I love these hats especially the hot summer months and even in the cold Winters and I wear bandana I usually buy a 2-year very happy customer service is over and Beyond

Sizing not accurate

We measured carefully and ordered a size medium and size large in this hat. We were doubly confident in our sizing based on borrowing my parents’ hats of the same make and brand, both size large (which is why we thought to buy these hats). The hats we received, although well-made, were too big. We were then surprised to see that that we had to pay for shipping to exchange the large for a small (my husband kept the medium, which we had ordered for me). We have not heard back from the company after mailing the hat for an exchange. The one star is for poor customer service and for incorrect sizing. Order #429187.
