This is a replacement for my 40 year old Aussie hat,
My husband has a similar hat in the same brand, and was hoping this one would be just as well fitting. Sadly, the crown is not tall enough, causing his head to push up on the crown. He says the look is very disappointing. The band size is fine. Shipping was excellent and the hat arrived in perfect condition.
I originally ordered too large a hat. Customer service helped me reorder the right size and told me how to return the first one. Excellent service. And I love the hat!
