The Panama Grade 8 Novo Fedora by Jaxon Hats is handwoven in Ecuador with a neutral color, classically elegant black grosgrain ribbon hat band and stylish teardrop crown. Its brim may be worn "snapped" up or down per your personal taste while the inner size-adjustable sweatband allows for a perfect fit. My hat seems like it’s unfinished. It has no structure. There is no stiffness to it at all. The brim is limp and out of shape. The crown is out if shape. There are no pinch divots on the front side and the back seems like it was crushed. I could have bought a better hat at a convenience store for $20. This hat was $145 in sale. My last two hats were great, this one looks like it was stepped on, shoved in a box and shipped. For this money, I expect far better quality. I am not impressed.
I'm one sexy mofo and I typically wear the Cotton Safari Fedora Hat. When I am visiting places closer to the equator this is the hat that has men asking me where I got it and women asking me if my wife is an understanding woman. Buy this hat if you have a strong marriage.
4th Panama in last few years. Lived in Caribbean for 6 years in early 70’s. 11years in late 90’s and early 2000’s. Always lived in Panamas. Always hard to find. You guys have GREAT SELECTION!!! Thanks
