Very difficult to find a fun rain hat, this one is easy, and inexpensive. I keep it in my car for those quick dashes to the store!
I purchased this hat for a gift but when I received it i realized it was too small. I returned it to the Village Hat shop with instructions to exchange for a larger size. I am very pleased with both the hat and the return process.
