I’ve had many hats over the years, mostly wool, wool/fur blends or cotton and this is my first 100% fur felt hat. Yes it’s expensive, but damn does it exceed expectations. It is so nicely made and fits perfectly. I’m so happy with the purchase. Oh! And I made this purchase over the phone with the nicest and most professional customer service representative. A really great experience!

The lining is not even stitched down. Flipping over the “leather” band revealed the haphazardly installed lining. It’s just roughly cut to fit and there is not even a single stitch to hold it in place. The felt is very thin and stiff. The quality of the felt is so poor that it feels more like a piece of molded plastic with a fuzzy surface. Low quality and cheap price I guess is a reasonable trade off.

Over the years I've bought a good number of your hats. I've never purchased one at this upper price point, so I was a bit nervous. I just got it today and man this is worth every dime! It's a super quality hat for sure. No short cuts here. It fits perfectly to size and looks even better than the images!
