The hat was delivered on time and safely packaged

The hat was delivered on time and safely packaged. There are a few minor defects. There are two small pin holes, one in the brim and one in the back of the crown, I called the customer contact person and spoke to the representative, he told me that was not unusual for a straw hat to have such imperfections. Other than that; the hat's fine
