I live 50 km from Spinetta Marengo, bought directly from the factory. Water resistant and great for everyday use, the more you abuse it and softer it becomes. I own about twenty Borsalino hats and this is the one I use most often.

Good hat, used 1 «hat sizer» for a better fit. Ordered from Canada, so «Canada border» added 39$ to the bill. 2 weeks for Delivery = very good. Ready for winter. Thanks. Will order again at the VHS.

This hat was true to size and of very good quality with two exceptions. First, I would prefer a much more comfortable inside hat band. The band that comes inside the hat is like a synthetic or grosgrain not the most comfortable band to press on your forehead when you are perspiring. Second, the external leather band could be a bit wider and of a higher quality; the loop that holds the Borsalino logo stands out too far leaving a small air gap. Just a touch of less than I expect from Borsalino. The price was greatly discounted from list.
