I am fed up with your company. My first hat, I ordered the wrong one because the picture looked about the same as the one I wanted, (the Aussie hat) but when it arrived it was way too big anyways, I returned it for the $15 shipping cost and ordered the right hat and was going to order a medium for my 23" head, and was told I better order large, which came in too big again! Now $30 out in shipping with zero hat in hand I am upset.
There is no way I would order another hat, and just keep paying shipping! you have earned a very angry customer, that will certainly try to get my my $30 worth of revenge through every review I can find! This was insanity, and will warn all others!
