Excellent hat

The hat I bought was what I expected, an excellent hat.
However, the delivery process to Mexico using USPS was problematic. I suggest you use DHL when sending products to Mexico.

Packing issues

The 2 star rating has more to do with the way the item was packed and the damage I assume in transit. I’ve ordered 3 hats from this company the first 2 were perfect, quality, fit, shape. Everything. This last one, not so much. When I ordered this one I also ordered a travel case and brush. The hat (instead of the customary box) and brush were shipped freely in the travel case. As a result when I got and opened the case the hat was flattened on top and misshaped, the brim was bent all to hell and the band had a couple of scratches and a run from I assume the case carry strap. Rather than the nonsense of a return I took it to a local western wear shop and had it blocked, cleaned, steam fitted and stiffened. I own 8 Stetson fedora hats. 5 directly from Stetson and the last 3 due to availability from village hats. The other 7 arrived in excellent condition. First time for this. In the future ship the items in the proper manner.

Amazing hat! The sizing fit me perfectly. I ordered a 7 1/8 in grey and it fits me as good as any hat I’ve ever owned. The overall quality is very good in my opinion and I expect it’ll last me a long time if taken care of properly. Feel's and wears like a more expensive option,, I would certainly buy another!
